Booking & Cancellation Policy 

To reserve your appointment, a 30% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

‍ ‍Deposits

All appointments require a deposit to be confirmed. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of same day cancellations or no-show. A new deposit will be required to rebook following any forfieited deposits

Cancellations & Rescheduling

To avoid any fees, cancellations or resceduling request must be made atleast 24hrs prior to your schedule appointment.

Late Arrivals

A 10-minute grace period is extended fo all brow appointments and 15-Minutes for all lash appointments. Arrivals beyond grace period will result to either a cancellation or rescheduling. In that case, the deposit will be forfeited and a new one will be required to book.

No Call / No Show

Clients who do a no call no show to their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of total scheduled service cost. A new deposit will also be required before rebooking.

Card on file

A valid cerdit or debit card is required to secure all bookings. Your card will not be charged simply for booking, only required deposit. Additional charges will only be applied in the event of a late cancellation, or rescheduling within the 24hr window, or a no-show.

Children and Pets are not allowed
